・Please use public transportation to get to the store. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited for those who drive cars or bicycles.
・The experience will begin on time. For smooth guidance, please arrive 15 to 5 minutes before the starting time.

Step 1
Specialized staff will explain the basic knowledge of Japanese sake in an easy-to-understand manner.
Step 2
You will grasp the characteristics of sake and discover your favorite flavor.
Step 3
We will blend the alcoholic beverages of our choice. This is the first step as a sake blender.
Step 4
After two rounds of prototyping, the recipe and the name of the sake were decided. The only original blended sake “My Sake” in the world has been completed.
The staff will pack it in a 200ml bottle In the sake brewery next door and take it home.
*Take-out alcoholic beverages can be delivered approximately 30 minutes after the recipe is completed. Please note that the delivery time depends on the congestion situation.
The business offering the experience will reply to you within3days whether the reservation has gone through or not.
