In this five-senses sake challenge, you'll first sample a Japanese sake, then taste and compare it against 17 premium selections from Fushimi's 17 local breweries to identify the original. Though all crafted in Fushimi, each brewery's distinctive approach creates remarkable variations in flavor, fragrance, and appearance.
