■Things we cannot handle

・ One piece weighs 30 kg or more, or the total of the 3 sides is over 2 meters.

・Valuables, fragile items, animals, dangerous goods, and things that decay or deteriorate.

・The price of one piece exceeds 100,000 yen. (We are not responsible for compensation for damages).

・Other than baggage items, cardboard boxes, etc.

・Things that are difficult to handle as baggage delivery.

・We cannot accept anything else that interferes with handling.

■You may not be able to use it depending on the arrival time of the means of transportation you are using.

■Delivery time may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

■Congestion is expected during the year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, event days, etc., so you may have to wait.

■ Please show the thanks-mail/ticket with the inscription on it at the reception desk. If you do not show it, you will be charged the regular fee at the counter. (Please cancel any pre-booked items.)

■Delivery under this plan is Kyoto Station ⇒ Accommodations only on the list. Delivery accommodations to Kyoto Station is not available.
