Sasaki Brewery continues to brew sake in the center of Kyoto. It is located on the site of Jurakudai, which Toyotomi Hideyoshi loved, and continues to brew all sake using handmade techniques handed down in Kyoto. In this plan, you can experience sake brewing, which has been handed down over a long period of time. Finally, a drink comparison of 5 types of alcoholic beverages recommended by brewers depending on the season is included!
