JTB's special viewing seats are located on the south side of the Kawaramachi Oike intersection. We've specially installed cooling fans and electric fans behind the seats. Enjoy the mountain float procession in a cool environment with breezes flowing through. This plan guarantees front-row seats.

●Event Date: July 17, 2025 (Thursday) *Will be held rain or shine

●Meeting Time: 9:00 - 9:45

●Start Time: 10:20

●Fee (per person): Adults and Children (elementary school age and above) 26,000 yen

●Minimum Booking: 1 person

●Booking Deadline: Until 23:59, 6 days before the event

●Meeting Place: JTB Special Viewing Seats Reception (South block near Kawaramachi Oike intersection)

●Access: Directly at "Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae" Station on Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line

*The viewing seats shown in the image are for illustration purposes.


[Information]

■The mountain float procession will be held rain or shine.

■Please present the "ticket" sent to you upon reservation to the JTB staff at the reception on the day of the event.

■Please make your own way to the meeting place. (Viewing tickets will not be sent in advance.)

■Reception is scheduled from 9:00 to 9:45, but as road crossing becomes impossible just before the floats arrive, please enter at least 30 minutes before the estimated arrival time of the lead float (around 10:20).

■Seating within the viewing area cannot be selected. Staff will guide you on the day of the event.

■Please do not stand in front of the cooling fans or electric fans. Please remain seated during viewing.

■Fans may be turned off in case of rain.

■Even for preschool children, the child fee applies if a seat is required.

■The viewing area is non-smoking. We recommend bringing a raincoat in case of rain. (Umbrellas are not allowed as they obstruct views. Please refrain from using tripods, parasols, etc.)

■When taking photos or videos, please be considerate of other viewers. For safety reasons, standing on chairs or other such behaviors are prohibited.

■For everyone's safety, please follow staff instructions within the viewing area.

■As it can be very hot, please take care of your health by staying hydrated. We recommend bringing a hat and taking other measures against the heat.

■Please note that toilet facilities are limited, so plan accordingly.
