Viewing of Kyoto's three major festivals is decided by JTB!
We have prepared “special seats” where you can enjoy the Aoi Festival against the backdrop of the Kyoto Imperial Palace, which is the starting point of the procession.
Please take your time and enjoy the procession that looks like a dynasty picture scroll with the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kenreimon Gate in the background.
●Implementation date/ 2024/5/15 (Wed)
●Meeting place: Kyoto Gyoen JTB special bleachers on the west side near the reception building gate (north side of 6 blocks)
●Meeting time/9:15 to 10:00.
●Tour time: 10:30 to 11:15
※If the Aoi Festival (5/15) is rainy, it will be postponed to the next day, the 16th. You can't get a refund even if you don't see it on 5/16.
However, if it rains on the postponed day, the full amount will be refunded. Please check the Kyoto City Tourism Association website etc. for the event by yourself.
