Sasaki Brewery continues to make sake in the middle of Kyoto. It is located on the site of Jurakudai, which Hideyoshi Toyotomi loved, and all sake continues to be brewed using traditional techniques from Kyoto and Rakuchu.
With this plan, you can observe sake brewing in a rare season up close.
After the tour, you can enjoy drinking and comparing Japanese sake from different preparation processes using groundwater from the same water vein that Sen no Rikyu used for tea.

・Observe the actual work of the brewers! Of course, sake brewing is done at the brewery, all processes such as bottling and labeling, so I'll show you all about sake brewing.
