You can make matcha by grinding millstone while watching the tea fields spreading out in front of you and the scenery of Uji! After that, you will be asked to drink your own matcha while receiving guidance from a Japanese tea instructor. Please enjoy the experience of making matcha, which combines the three signatures of “grinding,” “brewing,” and “drinking.”
