Historical Park of Tea and Uji Land CHAZUNA
Historical Park of Tea and Uji Land CHAZUNA, visible from the platform of Keihan Uji Station, will open in 2021.We look forward to welcoming you to our lush green park, a museum where you can see and learn, a daily matcha and tea drinking contest, a manufacturing experience program, and a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal.
Located within a 10-minute walk from Byodoin Temple, the Tale of Genji Museum, and long-established tea shops, you will feel differently about the people, things, history, and cultural attractions you encounter if you visit the museum first to see Uji's sights.
Please feel free to stop by the museum as a starting point for learning about Uji tea and Uji's history and culture.
