This tour is conducted in Japanese only.
Please exchange your voucher for a boarding ticket at the Okoshi Bus (Kyoto Regular Sightseeing Bus) terminal at JR Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit before departure time.
Cancellations are free of charge until 8 days before departure. From 7 days before until departure time, a ¥100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued after departure.
The tour may be cancelled or modified due to social conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Departure times, routes, and other details are subject to change without prior notice.
A tour guide will accompany the group on board.
The course and sightseeing locations will generally follow the listed order; however, they may change depending on traffic or other conditions.
Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to traffic.
Child fares apply to children aged 6 to under 12. If a seat is required for a child under 6, the child fare will be charged.
If you plan to leave the tour midway, please inform the bus guide. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Part of the “Kyoto Summer Journey” – Open to the Public for the First Time in 11 Years
A sukiya-style building set within a beautiful garden featuring Kitayama daisuji cedars and unique rock formations, originally built by the founder of a Nishijin textile company.
Highlights also include interior artworks by the Kano school and other notable painters.
Enjoy a traditional Kyoto meal on the kawadoko—a seasonal riverbed dining terrace that stretches out over the Kamiyagawa River, offering a refreshing summer atmosphere and views of the beautiful gorge.
In case of stormy weather or on August 17 (Sun), lunch will be served indoors instead of on the riverbed terrace.
“Kyoto Summer Journey” – Open to the Public for the First Time
A unique theater building blending Japanese and Western architectural styles, where the famous Kamo River Dance (Kamo-gawa Odori) is performed.
Highlights include the stage, seating area, and backstage rooms.
Please note: From July 11 (Fri) to July 13 (Sun), and on September 3 (Wed) and September 11 (Thu) to 15 (Mon, public holiday), this visit will be replaced by a special tour of the Kannondō Hall at Ninnaji Temple.
“Kyoto Summer Journey” – Open to the Public for the First Time
While Shoseien Garden is a designated scenic spot, Enshindo Hall—once the main residence within the garden and home until recently to relatives of the Higashi Honganji temple head—has been closed to the public until now. This tour offers the very first public access to this historic site.
